Arktos Recordings Limited provides professional “on location” recording services dedicated to the faithful reproduction of acoustic music, utilizing state of the art technology in a responsible, cost effective manner. Arktos is committed to sonic excellence and utilizes natural acoustics and minimal stereo microphone techniques whenever possible to faithfully preserve the sonic integrity of the performance, while simultaneously providing a comfortable working environment for the artists. Already well established with a reputation for acoustic faithfulness and critically-praised sound reproduction, Arktos is also committed to the presentation of new and unique acoustic music, providing the sophisticated music lover and audio enthusiast with something unique in the Classical, Folk, or World genres.

Arktos Recordings Limited provides location recording services for acoustic music recordings, using numerous venues in Edmonton and Calgary (Alberta). Arktos Recordings Limited provides complete services for independent commercial publications, including recording, editing, mastering, graphic artists, mechanical rights licensing, manufacturing, and domestic distribution for Arktos products. We pride ourselves on providing conscientious, personalized service to our clients.
