Return Policy
Customer may return a purchased disc in either opened or unopened condition via the following procedure and providing it meets the following criteria.
- The wrong item was sent to you by our shipping department.
- The disc received was or is physically defective or will not play in your player
- A Return Goods Authorization must be obtained prior to return of the disc. A request for a RGA may be made on line or by phone.
- No goods will be accepted without a prior RGA. Goods received without and RGA will be returned to sender unopened.
- Goods must be returned prepaid to our offices and the RGA noted on the outside of the package.
- The defective or damaged disc sent to us in the above manner will be replaced at no additional charge and forwarded prepaid to the customer.
